As Manager of Gastronomie Consulting, Anja Herdam brings with her a wide range of expertise and many years experience from the gastronomic field to her work as a Consultant. She studied Hotel Management, receiving her degree in Economics, and is known by many for her tenacity and persistence. Anja Herdam is constantly searching for more and more innovative ideas and considers a project complete only when she has found that “certain something.”

Sybille Holzapfel is the Bavarian counterpart to Anja Herdam on the Gastronomie Consulting Team. Following an apprenticeship in Hotel Management, she studied Tourism and Business Administration in Munich and Spain. The self-confessed beer-lover possesses a strong command of languages including English and Spanish. Since 1996 she has been an integral part of the team and is known for never shying away from a tough challenge.
