The first step of our work consists of a detailed location analysis. During this crucial stage we assess together the appropriateness of your property to the concept you have chosen. At this point we build a bottom-up profitability forecast, providing you with a solid base for your decision. As soon as these steps are completed, we will start more precise planning, elaborate on the collected details and then reevaluate your individual requests and circumstances. Sometimes only several weeks of preparation are needed until the opening can take place.
