From Munich to the Entire World
For more than twenty years our team of consultants has been providing comprehensive consulting services to beer- and gastronomy- related businesses. Under our leadership, the first Paulaner Microbrewery in Munich was opened in 1989. Along with it, the foundation for a worldwide success story was established. Today more than a dozen Paulaner Microbreweries around the globe offer their guests a unique restaurant experience.
Paulaner Microbreweries’ immense success led to the expansion of our consulting activities to include restaurants as well. A modern service industry and a unique specialization for the development, project planning and implementation of a successful gastronomic concept gradually evolved from Paulaner Bräuhaus Consult’s founding in 1996.
The skills learned from these experiences naturally transferred to the field of Gastronomie Consulting and are readily accessible to the entire Paulaner Brewery Group. While the Paulaner Bräuhaus Consult still handles the worldwide Paulaner Microbreweries, our team attends to the affiliated breweries’ draft beer concepts and functions as a competent contact for their gastronomic interests as well.
